Would a 13 yr old be ok with a Babolat Aeropro Drive?
Answers:
What happened to Martin Verkerk? Retired or just going through a REALLY bad slump?
No i wouldnt use the aeropro drive. It is a very heavy racquet that is meant for high school and college level players, it also has a very bad net game, and a small sweet spot.another rafael nadal fan?? just playin...
i would think it would be ok for a 13 year old to play with the aeropro drive, i seen many kids playing with heavier racquets and they haven't suffered injuries yet.
but if your arm starts hurting i suggest you switch to a racquet that's appropriate for you. because it may be a little too heavy for you plus the racquet is very stiff.
so i suggest you pay to how your arm feels after playing tennis.
Where can I find prince of tennis ova episodes?
its heavy for a 13 yr old, unless you're buff. go with a lighter racquet for your lighter body.NO. it is too heavy for you! stop asking these questions over and over!
What do you think is the bra size of Serena Williams and Kim Clijsters?
yes it would be a great choice for your child. i just turned 16 this year but i have been using this racket since around it came out several years ago.there are many reasons to choose this model.
it's actually light for it's head size. it weighs only 10.6 ounces for a head size of 100 square inches. people above me say its heavy, but its not. besides your child is 13 years old. one or two years before they'll grow really strong. since your child seems old enough, i'd recommend the switch now to allow them to get used to a stronger, more advanced swing.
it's great for a type of game. whether your child is a strong baseliner like nadal, a net rusher like henman, or an all courter like federer and myself. it will improve their game a lot. it will improve spins from the baseline, add pop to approach shots, and it is not clumsy at the net like these other people say it is. i've won third place in my district with my doubles partner because we won the majority of our points at the net, on our serves, and on our returns. it works well in any situation.
it would probably be the best all-around choice for a racket. besides the people that use the "federer" (wilson n code) are often just looking to ride on its expensive price and federer's name to intimidate opponents.
not only do i endorse this racket but if you need proof that its good. i have five words. RAFAEL NADAL - FRENCH OPEN CHAMPION. by the way, if anyone says your child is frail and only people of rafa's build and musclature can use this. they're totally wrong and just don't care because "everyone loves roger federer" and they wouldn't want to not support his weapon of choice.
it's completely up to you though. most importantly, talk with your child and your local tennis pro and decide what's best for them. i hope you listen to me but remember federer just lost to andy murray.
