He does this for 2 reasons. 1: When you sweat your underpants stick to your bottom so he needs pull them back. 2: Sometimes he adjusts his shorts.Is rafael nadal a lefty or righty?
For many reasons:1. He sweats a lot so the pants stick to the body espesially to the back of the knee (whatever), so to adjust the pants.
2. Maybe he is used to that, or to give him kind of a hope or motivation (whatever).

Nadal grabs his underpants before he serves for probably two reasons. 1. He's probably used to doing it before he serves. 2. They probably give him a wedgie because of how tight the pants and his underwear are, plus he sweats and has to grab them out. He's still hott though.
