Although the venue hasn't been announced yet, I think it will almost undoubtedly be played on the clay courts in the Nauka International Tennis Club in Kiev. The only other option would be to host on the indoor carpets in Meridian Sport Palace in Kiev. That seems unlikely, as a slower surface would be an advantage for Ukraine. The last time Ukraine hosted Great Britain was in 1997, at the clay courts at the Nauka Club.
