there are 3 parts of tennis you need to improve: your stroke, your agility (footwork) and your endurance. try to do more practice to support those parts.whenever you feel like you have a better hit, fast enough to run a ball and can play longer, try to learn how to play strategic tennis. please remember it's quite different to play singles and doubles.

Improve by your serving and keep the ball in your hand so serve it then try to make it low.The best answer is just practice a lot...but if your looking for exercises to do, I would try to work on having explosive legs, a strong core, and flexibility. For your legs try dumbbell jump squats/lunges, box jumps, clean and pulls, ect.. and sprinting exercises where you change directions. Do some compound excerises where you have to use your core too...like woodchopper or bent over rows. And strecth a lot...good luck.
