My wrist is hurting?
yesterday, me and some friends were playing volleyball and they lobbed it to me and i bumped it wrong. everytime i turn my wrist it hurts pretty bad.

sounds like a sprain! try icing it and the using some heat on it! do not overexert for awhile!! should get better in a week!I need some information on Volleyball?
if you need a quick fix like right before a game or soemthing..get tape..like athletic tape..and wrap so that its tight enough for the blood to flow, but not to tight were it gets purple..and ice it after every gameice it and wrap it if you cant use ice at that time if you play a game or write a lot rap it with athletic tape

HEY! you should be happy now!! coz now your wrist are even more flexible so your spikes will become even more powerful!! that is how things work in volleyball...like, if you want to become a good setter...Like me ^__^ you must break your fingers first reallY!! its true!! believe me! when i broke every finger in my hand my tosses become more powerful and direct..so thank GOD coz he made you twist your wrist so that ypu can become an even more effective player! and who knows?? maybe you'll become a VOLLEYBALL STAR! in the near future!!I need chants, or songs for my girls volleyball team to say!?
i think you should ice and wrap your wrist and try to use it as little as possible until it feels better..if it doesnt get better in two weeks, you should go to the doctorsgo to the docter! just don't strain it!! and maybe even put some ice on it at night after a long day! also try masauge it!
