do you mean suicide? its where you do line touches and at every line you get down and do negative push ups or crunches (or at least that wat we did)ya.

well the vball court is divided into four sections: endline, 10 foot, half, other 10, and other endline. Basically you start at one endline, run to the 10, go back to endline, run to half, go back to endline, run to other 10, go back to endline, and run all the way to the other endline, and go back to the endline.
We had to dive at every line though. =( That just wiped me out sometimes cuz we couldn't serve 25 in a row and we ran 5 suicides everytime we missed =(

its not sue side it is a suicide...this exercise is done by sprinting back and forth.say you are in a gym , sprint to the free throw line touch down and sprint back to the wall...then touchdown and run to center court touch down...run back to the wall touch the wall and sprint to the other free throw line...sprint back to the wall and touch the wall...lastly sprint to the end of the court touch the wall and sprint back.no stopping.sprinting builds all of your muscles...running isnt as intense, but when you sprint you are forcing your body as hard as you can and itlll hurt a lot but it really gets you into shapeIs there an easy way to spike a volleyball if you are kinda short 5'3?
