Volleyball serving?

Very few people use a jump serve because it's so hard to master. If you time your overhand server properly, you should be able to get almost as much power as a jump serve but with better control.

High school Coachiing Job Resume?

it depends on the other team. To me i think jump serving is easier to receive because you let the ball hit you and it stays perfectly in your side, while a floater you have to make sure f its in or out. it really depens on how the other teams plays.

Any open gym volleyball in waikiki area?

No definatly not!!
Well then again only if you have a very good float serve. I have had way more aces off of a float serve then my friend has had off of a jump serve. there is also a jump floater serve. That one is really hard to master.

Know any thing about volleyball?

That is a hard question...just try both of them and see which one is harder for somone to get too.

Jump serves- are usually fast and quick, they usually go in the middle court and you have to move really fast and get on the floor to get those balls. and if you can place the ball where there is a gap...go for a jump serve. It does take a lot of skill and footwork though, so make sure that you practice your vertical and arm swing, work out 3 times a weeks, just using weights and running

Float serves- these servers are really easy to perform. but they can be hard to do. when you first serve serve deep so then your second serve they will think that your serving deep, so then if you do a short float serve, not a likely chance that they'll get the ball. but this serve you need a stiff hand and make sure that the ball does not spin at all. a good float serve will move back and forth in the air, soo just try both of them and see which one works better and which one you like better.
