It's going to take a lot of practice before you are consistent. Just keep that in mind.Line up a little farther away from the service line to give yourself room for the jump. You can either toss one handed or two handed. The trick is to toss high and a little in front so that you have time to do an approach and meet the ball. The approach is almost the same as a hitting approach except you stay facing straight ahead. So toss, do the approach and hit. Good luck!
