Does anyone have any tips to make my volleyball team better?

Question:We suck! We always lose - the problem is two of us aren't bad players but the other two are crap and not getting any better. I can't just kick them off the team because they're friends and it's just a social competition, but it would be nice to win at least once!!
The guys that suck have really poor digging skills, and have problems with sense of direction - if they have to hit it backwards over the net it always ends up going off to the side because their orientation is crap. If anything can be done for us, please help! Thanks : )

honestly, I think your best bet is to practice - a lot. Set up a time for a regular practice - and show them the proper basics. Show them the proper form for digging - footwork and placement, bending at the knees, not swinging the arms so much.

Play pepper with them, help them get better.

If they're not willing to practice, not willing to take the time to get better - then you might want to think about cutting them. But, if it comes to that - explain to them what your problems are - why you're wanting them to get better - and see how they react.

Ok i also Play vollyball my team wins multiple games and tourney i suggest setting practices and serving over hand at all time spike low to another player do susicedes to increase speed

i know what u r going thru.. we r playing vball in p.e... but a practice alot and play differnent games with the volleyball... and also TEAM WORK TEAM WORK team work helps out alot.. also when the ball is coming toward your team, say got it. practice practice is all you need! Trust me.. i know
