Yes, it is legal to hit a volleyball with your feet in USA Volleyball (USAV), and International Volleyball (FIVB); however, your local league may have different rules.For decades, it was illegal to contact a volleyball below the waist, but (roughly) ten years ago, they changed the rules, making the foot play legal. My friend Steve D. was very happy with this rule change.
