i have to know about the conditions of the surface of a vollyball court, the hight of the net, the length & width of the court etc.

In Canada the court is 9m x 9m on each side of the net with the attack line 3m from the net. The whole court would be 18m x 9m. For men's games the net is 2.43m and for women's it is 2.24m. The net height varies depending on gender and level of play. For court condition, I prefer hardwood courts (I've played on rubber cement and tile. Tile hurts too much and you slide forever on rubber cement if it is not cleaned frequently).
