How do i improve my skills in Beach Volleyball?

i'm having trouble with my spiking as i'm not very tall.. is there any way to train up my vertical jumping on the sand? i always seem to hit out as i'm not always able to get a feel of the ball.. are there any alternatives in which i can improve my whole play?

If I can't serve in volleyball, what are ways that I can practice?

If you are already sound in your volleyball skills, conditioning seems to be your problem. Building your calf muscles and strengthening your calves should help out. Explosive movements, like jumping and sprinting heavily envolve your fast twitch muscles in your calves. Jogging in the soft sand always helps. Sprints up hills and stretching your calves will help. Calf raises will strengthen your calves but speed and your vertical jump height will come from keeping your calves fully loose and stretched out.

Where i can get previous national level girls volley ball matches?

im short too so i can't jump very high either. but since your in the sand you need to build up your length strength and stamina so you can jump higher and run faster. basically you have to work hard..

good luck

What are the volleyball positions?

get some older people who play beach volleyball to help you practice.. other than that, just keep trying, exercise every day/night, and eat and drink healthy foods...

What do I do?

you have to work on playing taller than you really are. since you are shorter it is going to be difficult to hit over the block. work on making smart shots. hit it around the block, find the open spot in the sand. if you have a block in front of you, hit a roll shot that will not be as hard of a shot but that will go over the block.
