I think something feminine, but also competitive and cut-throat. I think the stereotype of leading girls into dance and cheerleading or figure skating is wrong. I'd say softball, volleyball, rugby, tennis or badminton would be worthwhile sports that can be predominantly female (so there would be enough leagues that you wouldn't have to play with boys), but could still be played at a competitive level. But remember, any sports guys can play, girls can play better! (Yes you read that right)Anyone know good volleyball quotes...?

any sport that they want to play. i had a friend that played football...she was just as good as all the guys...she was on the high school team...and i played softball, basketball, and field hockey. but girls can play whatever they want and be just as good as the boys...It depends on the girl.my daughter is pretty prissy and she does gymnastics and cheerleading (which IS a sport). Also, she plays softball. Most younger girls do well in soccer and softball. Running, swimming, tennis.basically I feel that any sport that they compete in, minus football and wrestling, is okay. I do believe, also, that if it is a team sport, they should be on a girls team. They separate them for many reasons.

any sport you want to play is a good sport. if you want to make up a sport that's good too. i play volleyball and basketball. a bunch of my friends play softball, tennis, and soccer though. so really, any sport is good for girls.ps- however, i am not saying that all sports are good for girls. there is a reason there are girls and boys sports teams.

volleyball. it is awesome to hit the ball down a girly girls face. that's just me. you can do any sport you want you might have to work hard at it but you can do anything those guys can do. if you are a girly girl and you are afraid of being hit by a ball you could try skiing, swimming, and track and Field. if you don't care you can do any sport as long as you set you mind to it, never give up, enjoy, and be willing to work hardOMG! Any sport is good for girls, you just have to have a passion for it and do your best! Stick to it and don't drop out. You have to like it to be in it and you have to have a good time when you are playing it also, otherwise it's no fun! Choose a sport that you like to play, or maybe something that you like to watch on t.v. or something, and try that! any sport is good for girls, if they actually set their minds to it, and believe in it. i like to watch hockey, and i do play volleyball, i also like tennis. i like those sports because i know how the rules go, and i believe i can do them! if you are looking for a more girly-looking sport, try volleyball, but if you dont care, try basketball or soccer.
