Many churches and parochial schools have recreational games in the evenings in their gyms and also any rec centers by you. Most cities have their own websites that you can log into and search for any community games. Like Pgh. has Big Leagues, it's a community run sports org. for all ages and sports.How to play volleyball without bruising your arms?
