At my volleyball tryouts i pulled my shoulder out of place when i was spiking the ball..?
It went right back into place but its 4 days later and i can only lift it foward and up. I cant move it backwards or it feels like something is being pinched. And sometimes when im just walking it will kind of slip, not out, but like stretch. What can i do to help that.
