Is the opposing team allowed to yell "JUMP" during you jumpserve in a highschool boys vollyball game?
and dont get me started at all the other * that was called during tonights game

however annoying it may be, it is legal to do thatjust like the above person said, it's yelled so your teammates will be prepared to receive it.
It's just the same as when someone calls "SHORT" or "FLOAT" or if during a rally "FREEBALL"
they aren't, however, allowed to say crap to the opposing team.
lol i remember : ball was going out one time but our whole team started yelling it's good and the other team shanked it. XD
