In order for you to spike, the volleyball has to be set perfectly to you. When you make contact with the volleyball, make sure to hit it downward over the net. Make sure the blockers aren't in your way though and make sure it's hit inside the line. On the other hand, if you are short because I'm Asian and that mean I'm short, it's a bit harder to spike it since the net is 7 feet tall.
