I play volleyball a lot and I always get sores.They takes about 3 weeks to heal. What are other ways to heal my sores on my hands besides using ice.And they need to be healed in less than a week if possible becuse my tournament is in a week and 3 days and I have to play at that game because i am one of the only setters and my coach made me the "star" player.

Go to the drug store and get some Ozonal, it stinks like a hospital but works really quick! If you mix it with Polysporin and then cover it with a bandage you will heal up in no time!!Good luck at your tournament!

I'm not sure what kind of sores you mean, but Neosporin triple antibiotic ointment claims to speed up healing of cuts and scrapes. Hope this helps.

Normally if you take really cold showers after your done practicing it helps alot! well helps for me!
