Volleyball Team...?

my volleyball team doesn't have much confidence. The minute that we go to play a game, they say its no use, and they don't try. what can i do to boost their confidence??

there really is no way to boost your team up, i have had many of those teams before, but you can be extremely cofiendint in what your doing and hopefully they will follow. sometimes all people need is a leader.
