How do you play 6 1 in volleyball ( im a setter)?

Volleyball is fun no matter what the conditions are but some are better play in then others. I've played with ti absolutely pouring in sand and it was like trying to run through quicksand and when we played on grass you couldn't run because you'd fall in the mud before you got anywhere. The ball also became pretty heavy with water which made setting not that much fun.
