How do you set up the 5 and 1 offense in volleyball?

Laura Farina is starting her 5th year as head coach at Auburn next fall. On first appearances she has not been very successful.
They had a 10-18 record and 5-15 in the SEC. But looks can be deceiving. She took over a program that only had 1 win each of the previous 2 seasons and has slowly started to turn it around.

Remember that the SEC is not a great volleyball conference. Florida is consistantly good nationally and Tennessee has had its moments in recent history, but there is normally a big drop off after the first couple of teams. The best conferences for volleyball are the Big Ten and the West Coast one with Stanford, USC and UCLA.
