Has there been a recent rule change in volleyball that allows a second serve option (as in tennis)?
According to one web source, this was considered for 2006-2007, but I can't find anything that verifies if it was adopted as a rule.

But they were considering that change along with adding the option for a second libero. Not exactly sure what happened to the consideration.

Where can i find a recreational volleyball program around santa ana and foutain valley?
No, but the ball can hit the net and go over.Where does the setter move to (in a 5-1 rotation) after their team serves the ball?
About seven years ago there was a rule that allow a second serve if the ball touches the rope (and go on the opposite field) or if the serving player don't want to hit the ball after throwing it up (he must let the ball hit the ground near him, but outside of the field). This rule has been removed when "rally-point system" has replaced "ball change system". This year (2006-2007) i had not noticed any rules like this on the italian tournament.Boys volleyball team for 15-18 years for the summer.?

In USAV and FIVB you cannot reserve BUT, when playing 14 or under club or school volleyball, you can let the ball drop and then precede to redo your serve, although you have only 4 seconds to serve, instead of 8.
