How do I make MAJOR improvements in Volleyball, fast!?
I just started a few months ago, some how i made a pretty good team, but everyone is older and much better then me. Do you ahve any ways to improve by alot, with now alot of time? thanks!

practice ! and my coach always said that if you want to improve.. surround yourself with REALLY GOOD players cause that only makes you play better and make you feel that you should step up your game.. gather a group of people and go to open gyms atleast once a week.. and play seriously.. don't goof around cause it won't get you anywhere ! any chance you have, grab a volleyball and practice !! live and breathe volleyball. good luck ! i believe you can do it !What are the first universities to except men's volleyball?
