Where do you go to try out for international indoor volleyball?

I was curious to know more about playing internationally. Where do I go to find try-outs?

I am currently playing international volleyball in spain. First step is to find and agent that will take you on. In the states there is really limited access to agents, in fact there is only one that I know of. I think that european representation is the best, and have a few really good agents over here.
