What should I do to improve my jumping?
When you start it is about 90 degrees. When I am teaching the younger girls how to set for the first time I always tell them to pretend that they are holding a 2 liter soda bottle, then lift it over their head like they are going to chug it. That is that starting position to set. From there you extend the arms out (I tell them like superwoman). I hope this helps!it should be less than a 90 degree angle.
What's the best way to improve volleyball skills?
it should be about 30-45 degrees so that you can stretch your arms and bring the ball to your desired zone. If its 90 degrees you'll find it hard to set the ball well.Should I play on the volleyball team?
