In my opinion either spiker or libero. I prefer to spike but my coach will switch me to libero every once in a while, and in both of those positions you'll get the ball most often. You'll be more of an input into the game.

The most *important* position is setter. The setter directs the offense, determines the pace of offensive play and directly affects the performance of the hitters. Remove one hitter, one blocker or one digger and the team can still win. Remove the setter and victory becomes much more difficult to achieve.
I think setter because you get all the attention. I dont like tons of attention but I love, love ,love setting it is so fun.

limbero, you can come in for anyones spot, so that means you must be a very good player on my opinion. (back row player)Everyone says that Setter and Spiker gets the most attention.
It all depends on how you play. I am a right ( hitter & setter) depending on rotation.

I would say that Spiker is most important because everything the team does sets up for the final attack (the hit)
It all depends on your physical (height) and personality
Setter- nowadays is taller...big hands...captain of team...looked up too, overall well rounded player
Hitter- key to the game especially offenese..tall so you can block...usually the biggest plays are determined by the hitter
Libero- usually for the shortest and quickest player and is always dependable

probly spiker and setter because they get most of the balls and so they are kinda of all stars in their team so ya.The spiker will be the one responsible in raking points for the team.But without the setter, the spiker will find it hard to hit a good ball. I would go for the setter as the best position in volleyball, the setter is "the life" of the team, and without his skills, I don't think a team can last against a team with a good setter.

I think all of the are important, without any of them you couldn't win a game! I like the libero b/c that it was my position is! you get the ball alot and you have to be quick and not be afraid to dive and such. I also like to spike, b/c it's fun to hit it hard and make a point! Setter is also important b/c they help the hitters.There is one more position that everyone has forgotten. Captain. This is the most important position, no matter which place you play, the captain sets the tone for the team. They are in charge of team morale...which can win or lose matches.

Ball placement and explosive jumping is for outside hitters.
Ball control and a readyness to hit the floor for all passers.

i'm a starter in varsity and im a setter. but learning to be a setter if you dont know than its pretty tough but it gets easier and then you are loving it.but being a hitter is fun too because than you can take all your anger out but you have to be able to jump and work on your timing.

It is LIBERO!! And all the positions are equaly important... there is no such thing as a spiker!! It is outside hitter, middle blocker, and right side hitter!Know what you are talking about before you ask please!
