What's the fastest way to get back in shape?


i wasn't able to play volleyball for 2 months now.I'm the main attacker of our team and we'll have a tournament next week. I don't want to disappoint my teammates, but I don't think I'm still the player I used to be after 2 months without even touching a volleyball. I think I've gotten cold and rusty.

The best way is running or swimming, when run or swimm all of your muscles are working even on neck and head. But you have to do it proporly. For ex. swimm 100m, take a brake 2 min, then 150m, brake 2 min, but be carfull don`t do more than your body can endure. So today you pass 500m, tomorrow 700m, ...

How could you learn volleyball faster?

You obviously need to practice. What's the big dilemma?

Well if you aren't as good as you used to be, your team will just have to get used to it, and you guys will just have to work as a team more. I don't know what you did that you couldn't play for 2 months, but just keep practicing and eventually you will be back to how you were. Good Luck in your tournament!

get a friend to pass you the ball and you pass it back and so on...then set.then hit...then dig...to get in better shape eat REAL healthy this week... run a mile a day... and if you have weights lift them... 100 push ups 100 sit ups a day... i did this and i got a 4 pack in a week... and i got better. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT (or better anyway)

My school volleyball team is on a five game loosing streak. We get scared at the end of games.What can we do?

EASY TAKE EVERY SECOND YOU CAN AND WORK YOUR BUTT OFF PRACTICING YOURE HIT A LOT TILL YOU HAVE IT BACK AND I SUGGEST YOU RUN SO YOURE IN BETTER PHYSICAL SHAPE I SUGGEST 10-30 MINUTES EVERY DAY.

I can't believe you haven't touched a ball for 2 months if your coach has put you into the line-up. You're probably still better than the other players that have been practicing while you were out. I'm sure he knows what you're capable of.
