check with local YMCA, craigslist for people who are looking for adult league players, open gym, or check with your local USAV region office and see if they can help you to join a team. There are different levels of play, I am sure you can find a suitable one. OR, local community college, they may have evening volleyball class in spring. Have (alotof) Fun.

What exercises and drills should I work on over the summer for middle school volleyball tryouts?

OUCH 23 and just starting to play volleyball i have been playing since i was 12,,, and at 23 its going to be hard to play if you want to actually play on a team... you might be able to look for a rec team. ask around in miami... im moving there soon ,,, and want to play college or somthing so good luck and i hope you learn QUICK or you might piss some ppl off
