How do i get a flat stomach?
My beach tournament it coming up and i need to get good abs cuz ill be in a bikini!

i do basic excersizes 4 times a week i am 13 and have rock hard abs. so, i do 30 crunches on a yoga ball (position your butt so you can bend back), i run(it works out your whole body), eat healthily, and this thing that is kinda hard to explain, position your body as if you are just about to do a push up, but rest your hands from elbow down clasped together in front of you. tighten your stomach. the only parts of you touching the ground are you toes (push up position), and the lower half of your arm.you have to be willing to work, abs wont come if you just sit around. it will be hard, but if will make you so much stronger.
i have also done this for like 3 - 4 months.
Trying out for volleyball, is this normal .?

Work out on your chest by benching or simply purchasing an ab roller which is effective. Or, the old fashioned crunches. Cardio can also help.Was William G. Morgan,the inventor of volleyball rich or poor?

3.only eat healthy food but not alot!
What does playin short in volleyball mean?
do lots of cardio and crunches, anything that works the abs is going to help. maybe restrict calories and work out to burn more calories than you are taking in. That will help.I was reading the other answers and one said to not eat for three days... DONT DO THAT! beleive it or not you will actually gain weight by not eating. it will send your body into a mode of starvation. your body will hold onto any fat that is in you(tummy included). and not only that, when you do eat after not eating you will gain even more because your body is still thinking that you are starving. so... EAT, exersice (crunches and situps) and stay healthy (no smokin)!!
