Which form is correct?
I've always been taught to use my legs to pass, and keep my arms still, but my new coach tells me to keep my legs still and use my arms. I'll probably switch to his way just becuase he's the coach. But I still think my old way is right, I mean, I must haev been doing something right to get on the 16-3's when I'm 14, eh?
Answers:
your old way is right...passing is all about legs. if you use arms it can cause you to over swing, and make a bad pass. i think you should stick with your old way, but do what you want to do.
Whats the most effective way to increase vertical leap?
the old way is correct! if hes telling you to swing your arms dont listen to him...just smile and nod...it really works!...otherwise you'll probably end up shanking the ball...just keep freeballing it over.never swing your arms.passing is all about your legs... but you can do whatever you want...i would stick with the old wayWhat does the initials "BHE" mean?
yeh you have to use your legs, last year i was on 16s championship and from my experience at this age girls have the ability to hit stongly using your arms will only make an overpass all you have to do is move your legs and keep your arm in a flat platform for the ball, although i learned another system called gold medal squared so girls dont lose their energy and the only time we moved our arms was when the ball was to the left or right of us and we had to pass it to the other side, which i dont think i ever did, so unless that's what he means..More Questions & Answers...
