What is the perpose ofr playing volleyball and how do you play it?

The redness of your skin maybe due to a pre-existing condition like skin sensitivity. Blotches such as the spots are very normal but if the spots are still tender in the morning you should have your school's trainer check out your arms and grab some ice to ease the pain.
As far as bruised wrists, you should not be contacting the ball with this part of your arm. Your platform, the fleshy part of your forearm should be used instead. This part of the arm provides more control and alleviates the problem of ball on bone contact/ pain.
I hope your symptoms are alleviated and you continue to enjoy the sport.

Back row players can attack the ball in the front row as long as they do NOT jump in front of the?

Perhaps this isn't the sport for you.

Where can I find a gym to rent for my female volley ball team in Orlando or Davenport, Florida?

Ask your athletic trainer or coach about this problem, because this doesn't really sound normal.

What is the best brand for ankle braces in volleyball?

Somewhat normal.

Depends on the ball, the pressure it is pumped to, and how hard the ball is hit at you.

I haven't had that happen to me since sophomore year of high school, because after that, I played a lot more (camps, practices, etc).

If it really bothers you, then maybe a long sleeved tee will aid you. I would also look at where you are contacting the ball on your arms when passing. If you are getting it with your wrist, then it is too low. You need to hit it with the flat, fleshy part of your arm. Using your wrists will lessen your control of the ball, as well as caused sprained wrists.

Speak to your coach. Get some feedback if you are the error. If not, ask why it would be happening.

Good luck!

How to ask out a teammate?

ok..what is happening is not normal...I play volleyball just as you...for high school and on a club team. your school may have very cheap balls that hurt like hell to bump back...if that is so, then that is what is causing the bruising. I have had bruises from bumping before, but that was from those extremely cheap balls that are basically plastic. The indoor (Mikasa, Wilson, etc.) balls dont hurt because they have a padding, I guess you can say, on them.

I would defiently show your athletic trainer, and see what he/she says about them. I suppose that if more people than you are getting these under your skin, then i suppose that your school has extremely cheap balls, which is a major problem if you think about playing a whole year of that.

maybe talk to your coach about new balls?? excessive brusing is not normal...although, one or two is not a big deal.

Come to think about it, maybe you have a terrific outside that plays for the Olympic team. Her hard hitting may cause the bruising. haha im just joking...it has got to be the balls...

GOOD LUCK ON TRYOUTS!

Do ankle braces for volleyball really improve your game?

Hello there. I've been playing volleyball for 6 years. I believe that should definatly NOT be happening. If this continues, I'd see a doctor right away!

I'm looking for slogans over various locker room tunnels , such as Notre Dames "Play like a champion today".

It is normal for your arms to be red and hurt-but only for about 5 minutes. My advice, see a doctor or only play front row (and have a libero come in for you)

I love you deana?

Uhhh, take it easy for a while. Are you you working too hard? You are propbablly still getting used to the ball. ^_^ HAVE FUN!

Why does congress want to make that immagracion law anyways? We're just here to work.?

Well... try to use another ball... cuz it could be the reason... why you have this on your wrist...I play... so long volleyball and the last time I had this.. is was for 6 years.. so try to use different ball.. and when you still have it.. go to the doc. ... maybe that is not the right sport for you...

How does I shoop da whoop?

I've played vollyball for awhile and with cheap balls you arms and wrists can get red and slightly bruised, but the redness only stays for about 5-10 minutes! I suggest you see a doctor right away. I don't think the volleyballs are suppost to to break your blood vessels! oww...

Does any one think that it is fair that my coach kept players on her volley ball team that ended up failing.?

yes, I play volleyball as well and that happeneds to me a lot. It just means that you are either hitting too hard or the ball is too hard. Don't worry! It happens to a lot of my friends. It's common in vball.

im not sure if the popped blood under your skin is normal but the bruising is and the blood vessles looking like they are popping out are normall. they arent really popping out though...they are jusr erritated alittle..no biggy

Do guys actually do this?

If you havent played in awhile, you should have slight bruising, but not to the extent of your brusies.i would talk to your coach or trainer and ask them what you are doing wrong and what you can do different to improve your bruising
