Volleyball tips anybody??
For volleyball there are a few basic things that you need to remember, one is, be enthusiastic, cheer everyone else on, be the person on the team that will hep keep the other team members spirits up, even in the worst of times. Also, always try for the ball if you fall on your face, it doesn't matter. STAY LOW at all timess un less you are serving, spiking, or blocking the ball. Something else is always be talking about if it is a hard server, downball, tip, block or even if you want to be set! And always have your legs loaded when you are up at the net blocking, be prepared. Always listin to what the coaches are saying, usually they will tell everyone what they want. Show that you like the sport and that you want to do well, bring knee pads and water and have fun!

How do you set a volleyball?
Stay low, and always be ready. Never give up on the ball. NEVER. Swing all the way through on your serves, and DON'T swing your arms while passing. Believe in yourself, and have FUN.
