Does anyone have some middle school team building activities?

I am a middle school coach and when my girls feel like a team they play better, but I've run out of team building activities (tried the human knot and the trust fall). Does anyone have a simple team building drill, game or activity that I could use?

I need help w/ volleyball positions!?

Get the girls to make up an ace (it's after you serve it and the other team doesnt touch it and you score a point. The team makes up a beat that they do with there feet.) It gets them to work together as a team and listen to one another. It worked for our team.
