Good diet consist of clean, non-processed foods. You want everything to be clean and fresh. Concentrate on whole weat foods, veggies..Lean beef. chicken and/or turkey breast, complex carbs (not simple carbs which are high in sugar)...steak, fish...Do you know any cheers for volleyball?
