National Credit & Commerce Bank Limited has decided to sponsor the Inter District Men's Volleyball Championship.

Bangladesh Volleyball Federation general secretary Ashiqur Rahman Miku told journalists on Wednesday.

Earlier, Transcom Beverages Bangladesh Ltd used to sponsor the meet using its brand Pepsi.

A total of 25 district divided into three zones will take part in the meet.

The Kushtia zone matches will begin be held from May 11-13. The Naogaon zone matches will take place from May 17 to 19 and the name of the third venue would be announced latter on, said Miku.

NCC Bank Chairman Principal M Wazhiullah Bhuiyan handed over the sponsorship cheque to Bangladesh Volleyball Federation vice-president Morshed A Chowdhury.

NCC managing director Md Nurul Amin and company secretary Md Tariqul Alam were also present.:-)
