I would have 2 say swimming but my favorite sport is volleyball. Swimming is better 4 losing weight though,all 3 of them :D

It really depends...swimming helps build more lower body strenghty
and volleyball helps build a more equal figure
If i were you, i would do a mixture of the two.
i would either join a swim team or a volleyball team, but still practice the other just for more exercise!!
if u play volleyball it wil prolly be less effective---because u dont lose much weight---u actually gain weight, because u build muscle in your lower body.
So---unless u want big legs and booty-------go swimming.
