Rash Vest Size?

I am goin surfin off the coast of spain and wondered about a rash vest. How big should you get them, should the be fairlly loose like a t-shirt?

A rash guard should fit snugly but still be comfortable. You don't want it too tight to where you don't have a range of motion to paddle, pop, ride, etc.

should be thight but not to much you shuld be able to move without restrction just like a t-shirt but thight chose one that will cover your arms (with sleeve) the sun in spain is pretty strong
