Commercial store cost a month on a beach?

wanting to open surf shop how much would it possiblycost? for the building renting it itself?

Get a hold of a Realtor and ask them for some listings on beach side rentals. once you have done that, find out from the City what the water sewer and garbage bills were a month for the building, also contact the electric company for the same info. Just do your research before you go in, its cheaper to learn that way than to learn from the school of hard knocks. Good luck and have fun
