Anyone know of some good windsurfing lakes near boulder, co?
There are shops that offer lessons to beginners. When you arrive on the islands, just check for any shops on the island you will be at that offers lessons. They have devices that you can perfect some basic skills to maneuver the boards with the sail attached. It is more about leverage and less about strength although it does help if you have some upper body strength to be able to pull the sail out of the water unless you can learn to water start without starting out standing on the board. If you have never gone scuba diving, most tours offer quick classes so beginners can go down with a master diver. That is where I dove for the first time, came back to the states and got certified. Hope this helps, have a great trip.
If i were to jump off a 65 foot cliff into water how deep would i go?
