Application for fishing license for senior citizens in southcarolina?

S. C. natural resources department issued a lifetime license to persons over 65. I need an application for a lifetime fishing license.

you dont need to pay for a lifetime license in S.C. if you are over 65....at age 65 you become eligable for the grandfather fisherman status which entitles you to fish the rest of your days for free.compare that to the $500 for the lifetime license
