Homemade anti-fog?
We would make skim boards out of plywood (about 25 years ago). Get a piece of plywood, cut out the shape you would like. Round the edges of the board, cover with resin (one side at a time). If you'd like you can use fiberglass w/ the resin, but its not really necessary. Sand down the rough edges and you're ready to go. Skim boards today have core made of resins and are lighter than plywood. The height of the board is about the height of a body board (4 ft). The width varies on the shape.
