As a beginner..what type of surfboard do u use?
have u seen a balance board ?They come in a few different types but they are used by physiotherapists around the world to strengthen injured knees and ankles etc.

Why do conditions for surfing vary by season?
If you stretch every morning that really helps with the flexibility and keeps every thing lose, or at least stretch before you strap in, that helps out a lot. The best thing to do is strengthen your thighs and calves, those are the major muscles you use when wake boarding.
