what do u do when people on your team fake injuries to get out of swimming, and your coach is too oblivious to notice? They are cheating themselves and us as a team!

Is this a school team? Can you go to the Athletic director? If it is a club team maybe you can go to the captain and have him tell the coach what is going on.
