Myrtle Beach in South Carolina is amazing for skimboarding, but make sure your board is really waxed...head out really to get some sweet tides

-watch out for tide pools covered up by the tide in the morning, these spots cause A LOT of falling (for me and my little siblings while they're learning) and it works its way into carving the bottom of your board (thats why i recommend a lot of wax)
