I have heard people caught tropical marine (warm water) fish on Long island, NY during hot summer.?
Anyone know where, how? I've seen those fish in a hunting show in NY few years ago but I didn't ask during that time.Those fishes are more like marine aquarium fish.

I go drag netting in the Moriches Bay with the kids in summer all the time off the beach and sandbars by the inlet and we have gotten a number of tropical fish. I can not tell you the names of them but they there out there in the summer months!Where in Missouri can you water raft?
