Are Electric Trolling Motors worth the money? How longs does a 12V battery last boat a boat?

no but when I was younger I'd catch them after a rain storm .they all have their heads sticking out so they don't drown..just pull them gently so you don't break them in half.Happy Fishin'

Is it better to surf on high tide or low tide? When are the waves normally larger?

Ya, You have to use the old type crank telephone..
But,
the effort is not worth the problem.. It is easier to go out to a golf course after dark when they have the sprinklers on. You can get mucho of them like that. This is the easiest and safest way.

What are the requirements for becoming a lifeguard in the state of Wisconsin?

Take a good, fully charged 12 volt car battery - a pair of jumper cables with a 2 foot piece of grounding rod or stiff copper wire attached to each lead - place 1 rod in the ground as far away from the battery as you can - take the other rod and probe the ground. It helps to soak the ground before you do this AND always wear rubber boots - shock the worms - not you.
