It is a little beat up, if it were pristine probably at least $1500USD. The way it is now maybe 800, 900. Really, it is worth what someone will pay for it you know. Do those plaques have any names on them? Try looking at a paddleboard specific site and see what the paddlers say, they are pretty in tune to the history of surfing and such. They might have a better answer for you
