surfboard as in the snow surfing, or in the water surfing??putting wax under the snow surfboard would make it go as fast as hell, while it would probably have the reverse efeect on the water surfboard

Besides everyone thinking that you are a complete newb, you would be adding drag to the bottom of your board. Do not do this. Wax is used on the top of the board to provide grip for the surfer's feet. This allows them to stay on the board easier and is essential when performing turns or tricks. There is absolutely NO advantage to waxing the bottom of the board.What is the class of rapids on the Yellow medicine river?Or what site would tell me that?

without the wax it would be extremely difficult to surf. It's mainly used for traction to grip so u don't wipe outit works good if ur surfing on the bottom of the board
