How do I go underwater looking up?

When I go underwater, I can't look up because water gets in my ears. Is there any way to get water out of my ears and is there any way to block the water or anything? I also want to know how to do a flip underwater. I can't really flip I just flop in the water. Any help you could offer is appreciated.

Well, to not get water in your ears you can buy special water ear plugs. How to do a flip in the water might be a bit tricky to explain through typing but i'll try. Start looking up and backwards as far as you can then push off the ground with your feet and bring your hands up so they touch the ground instead of your head. Hope i helped! =)

um blow air out ur nose or hold it so water wont go up it, if u are worried about water in ur ears than u have a problem maybe u shouldnt be in the water if thats a problem for u i would take some time out of the pool and get over it u baby
