Help on snowboarding?

Question:I just came back from a sick and awesome 8 dayl ong trip to salt lake city utah, where all i did was snowboard form morning to night everyday. Now im back home where i live in hot and sunny south florida, and all i keep thinking aobut is snow, mountains, snowboarding, and how badly i NEED to go back. Im only a teenager, and i cant jsut go where i want when i want. Mainly a parents decision. I really want to snowboard soooo badly again, and knowing winter just started makes me mad i wont go back until next year.

What can i do? Is there an easy way to break it to my parents that we sohuld go again this year?

Hello there. I'm glad you enjoyed our mountains. I moved to Salt Lake from NY state 5 years ago to escape the flatlands and flee to the mountains.

If you enjoyed it over the last week, you would really enjoy it after a typical, sick powder dump. This season is really off to a slow start.

Just tell them you loved it, and would love the opportunity to go again! If they say no, they say no.

Soon enough you can choose your own destiny, and come to Salt Lake to live, and ride almost every day! Be patient!

How to make my board more flexible?

Go on line and find the Dogtown and Z-Boys movie then buy it! Then get stoked and find all the places you can get barreled on cement there in Fla. Skateboarders invented snow boarding you know I remember me and afew roomates taking a slalom water ski in 1970 and fitting it up with bunji cords and getting kicked off every mountain in Southern California then that year we saw this surf movie that went into a chapter on what they called winter sticks.. Snowboards.

Ski Helmet Cleaning?

Get a longboard skateboard (preferably a sector 9) and find some hills! I live in VA beach so i deal with the same thing. And yes, long boarding is similar to snowboarding and its a ton of fun..

hey it costs alot too go on a boarding holiday soo mabi doo someinternet searches and see if there are any indoor snowdoms its like a slope indoors real snow and everything

if not look for a dry slope near you its nothing like a mountain but if its the best you have then goo for it then you can practice all year round ready for next season and you will be 10 times better
